At Pordava, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange according to the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that some products such as personal care items, cosmetics, or custom-made goods are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@pordava.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product (if applicable), and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.

3. Payment Method

All payments on Pordava are made via Cash on Delivery (COD). Refunds for approved returns will be processed as store credit or, in some cases, a cash refund upon product pickup.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, Pordava will cover the full return shipping cost.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all related shipping expenses. Please provide photos of the damaged item for verification.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 1 day for unused items if the desired product or variation (e.g., size or color) is available. If the item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Makeup and cosmetics
- Custom or personalized products
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
